Manish Gupta

Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Solidarity

Manish holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has over 8 years investing experience at Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s family office, the last 4 of which were as MD of Private Equity. He also spent 7 years at The Boston Consulting Group across their Mumbai, New Delhi and San Francisco Offices.
Manish has invested across multiple asset classes – Listed Equities, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Distressed Debt. He loves the process of creating enterprises and working collaboratively with entrepreneurs to give structure to their dreams.

Manish serves on the board of Fullife Healthcare Pvt Ltd, 3D Technopack, Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Pvt Ltd and Geofin Commodities Ltd.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading non-fiction and looking at the world through the perspective of his two daughters.

Manjeet Buaria

Manjeet is a chartered accountant and has passed all three levels of the CFA Program and may be awarded the charter upon completion of the required work experience. Previously he was an analyst at a proprietary fund based out of Mumbai which focused on investing in public markets and prior to that with Euromax Capital (a boutique investment bank).
Investing in companies has been his passion since junior college. He loves reading. Outside investing, he is interested in literature on politics, Constitutional law, public policy and (auto)biographies.

He loves to play and watch tennis. Backpacking across locations helps him unwind.

Tushar Agrawal

Tushar holds an MBA from IIM Indore post which he has worked in the Project finance team at ICICI Bank for 2 years. Prior to MBA he has worked for a year at Renault Nissan Automotive India.
Tushar is interested in startups and young businesses. He had also done an entrepreneurial stint where he cofounded
He likes reading non-fiction, watching movies and travelling. In his spare time, he enjoys playing poker.

Anirudh Shetty

Anirudh is a chartered accountant who is also pursuing his CFA and FRM degree.
Prior to joining Solidarity, he worked for 3.5 years at Ernst & Young in the Financial services assurance department.
Anirudh’s ideal work philosophy would be one where knowledge, money and personal development go hand in hand.
When not working, Anirudh likes to blog about philosophy and motivation, go on treks to stay in touch with nature, read unique life story biographies or just sit down and think.
